You are invited! To the Vacheron Constantin Boutique in Marina Bay Sands to view and experience the incredible heritage of the brand featuring the iconic timepieces from Les Collectionneurs and Nickname Exhibition.
We were at the preview event this morning at the VC Boutique in Marina Bay Sands.
The VC Les Collectionneurs is a special offering of vintage watches by the marque themselves. Each piece is carefully curated from various source, examined and confirmed for providence, authenticity and condition. Then restored to as new condition, while leaving the case, dial and hands as original as possible. Each piece is rather exceptional. The collection is traveling around the world, and we will have this set in Singapore till end of September.
The VC Nickname collection
In this exhibition, a collection of magnificent watches, which are part of the VC Heritage Collection. These watches are not for sale, but museum quality, and are curated with the theme Nickname Watches. Nicknames given by collectors as terms of endearment, and have stuck over time.
Announcement: Vacheron Constantin Corne de Vache in stainless steel
We were also treated to a special announcement of the revered Historiques Corne de Vache 1955, a historical piece from the Nickname Collection, which is now going to be released in a stainless steel case.
We loved the aesthetics of the Corne de Vache as a historical piece, and was overjoyed when it was re-released in 2015. And with this new release, will make this beautiful piece a bit more accessible. We will carry a hands on detailed review when the piece arrives in Singapore later this month.
Meantime, please read our earlier coverage of this watch
