In the upcoming American action thriller film Mile 22, (in theaters August 2018), the main character James Silva as played by Mark Wahlberg was spotted by us wearing a ceramic Panerai Luminor. What watch did we see?

From the trailer, we spotted Mark’s character James Silva walking down a dark corridor, and his watch was plainly visible. At this stage, we could barely make out that it was a Panerai Luminor. But not much more. The scene was a little too dark to make a positive ID as to which specific model.

Still taken from the trailer of Mile 22.

With some research and legwork, we came across this photograph of Mark and the crew on the set. The photograph was taken at the same corridor in the set. And Mark is seen still wearing the same shirt as in the trailer. And on his wrist – the Panerai Luminor 1950 3 Days GMT Automatic Ceramica PAM441 on the Assolutamente leather strap.

A little brighter, on the set of Mile 22, showing Wahlberg and the cast members. Mark is clearly seen to be wearing the Panerai.

This concludes today’s episode of Spot the Watch.
