IWC focus for this year is their pilot range, with some special pieces with the Spitfire and Top Gun. Plus Le Petit Prince.
The Spitfire Collection. IWC will attempt to fly around the world in an original Spitfire. Called the Longest Flight, it will cover 43,000km, 26 countries in 100 flight segments. Inspired by the Spitfire, the new collection comprise of an automatic, UTC, a World Timer, a Chronograph, Perpetual Calendar, a Perpetual Calendar Chronograph. Cases in SS and bronze.
Here is the Timezoner, IWC’s patented world timer watch is renewed. 46mm. LE 200 pieces.
And the Spitfire Perpetual Calendar in bronze using the QP movement designer by Kurt Klaus. In bronze with a green dial.
Le Petit Prince comes with 3 models. A complicated version with Constant Force Tourbillon with moonphase in hard red gold, in plat and a Perpetual Chronograph.
The Constant Force Tourbillon features an image of LPP on standing on the moon on the moonphase display. Made in a special hard gold, an execution in which red gold is made to be harder. LE 10 in gold and 10 in plat.
The Top Gun Collection is also renewed with Ceratanium and Ceramic cases. Starting from a Ti alloy, the metal is coated with ceramic to make Ceratanium.
Top Gun Doppelchronograph in Ceratanium. The matte finish is quite handsome.
