The Aim High series launches with three models. The DW-B5600AH retailing at SGD 189, GA-B001AH priced at SGD 209 and GA-2100AH with a retail price of SGD 189. Price inclusive of 9% GST. Available online and at G-SHOCK stores.
Commentary
A new series from G-SHOCK. In resin case and bracelet, but funky colour gradations which is inspired by the appearance of video games. The case and bracelet colours are polarised, and change in hue rather dramatically depending on the viewing angle, going from purple to green and splashes of orange. A rather interesting effect.
The three launch models are modelled after the original DW G-SHOCK design of the wide octagonal bezel, the classic GA series bezel and the popular Casioak model, with the first two being Smartphone capable for additional features. All are approximately SGD 200, and should prove to be a popular as a fun but practical watch for the go-anywhere, do-anything crowd.

Drawing inspiration from holograms and the vibrant colour gradations prevalent in gaming culture, the Aim High series incorporates polarised colours that dynamically change in appearance based on the viewing angle of the bezel and band. The mesmerising purple and green gradations symbolise the lifestyles of digital natives seamlessly navigating between the real and virtual worlds. And the target scope patterns of games are incorporated into the orange colouring and LCD screen graphics, for an innovative and fun look.

Embracing the G-SHOCK mindset of relentless progression, the Aim High series showcases a shooting game worldview characterised by setting sights on the target. The dial and LCD design integrate motifs inspired by game gun sight vectors, featuring circular, square, and radial crosshairs that underscore the pursuit of reaching new heights.
