H.Moser & Cie. gave a sneak peak of what they were going to show at SIHH 2016, with their Swiss Alp timepiece, featuring a very similar shape to the Apple Watch. Today we bring you the latest press release from Moser, showing more timepieces that will be unveiled!
The H.Moser & Cie. Perpetual Calendar Heritage Limited Edition, featuring stunning enamel work on both the front and back covers
The first is the Perpetual Calendar Heritage Limited Edition. To mark the 10th anniversary of the first perpetual calendar by H.Moser & Cie, they have created a watch based on an H. Moser pocket watch dating from the late 19th century in the H. Moser & Cie. collection. The pocket watch had a case made from a striking blue, engraved enamel and and was studded with diamonds. The H.Moser watchmakers reinterpreted this design for the new Perpetual Calendar Heritage Limited Edition.

Featuring a 46mm 5N red gold case with two covers with “cloisonné” enamel , guilloché, engraving and setting techniques. The white “Grand Feu” enamel dial is decorated with Roman numerals
The white “Grand Feu” enamel dial with Moser’s ingenious perpetual calendar, which utilises the hour markers to represent the 12 months of the year. It has a very vintage look to it.
On either side of the watch is a cover with hand -engraved, guilloché decoration, extending up the side of the case. The front cover is opened by a push button mechanism which is located in the crown of the timepiece.
The beating heart is the mechanical hand-wound in-house HMC 341 calibre. Made from 18-carat solid gold, this movement is set with two diamond end-stones. It guarantees the Perpetual Calendar Heritage Limited Edition a minimum 7 – day power reserve, thanks to its double barrel. Representing the culmination of nearly 200 years of history, the in -house HMC 341 calibre can be adjusted forwards or backwards at any time of day via the crown.

The second release is from the H. Moser & Cie Concept range. This range is based on the mantra “less is more”. These models have no branding on them whatsoever, allowing for the gorgeous dial to be the vocal point.

H. Moser & Cie. presents with the Endeavour Centre Seconds Concept Funky Blue model is a return to the essential, in a model featuring a magnificent sky- blue fumé dial. Stripped of all indices, logo and branding, this dial really comes into its own, completely free and uncluttered. The beauty of the subtle shades of the sunburst design is enhanced by the sfumato effect, like a Renaissance painter’s canvas.

Venturer Small Seconds XL Funky Blue
The Venturer Small Seconds receives a bigger case size this year. The XL version has a 43.0 mm white gold case paired with the Funky Blue fumé dial.
