The Saturday files. We returned to PalExpo, and covered two additional brands which we came back to do a bit more material. We cover the new releases from ArtyA and Angelus with sister brand Arnold & Co.
WWG25: two additional new releases
Very quick coverage, with more to be released later. For both ArtyA and Angelus/Arnold & Son, we have recorded interviews of the CEOS: Yvan Arpa and Pascal Béchu. But for the meantime, here are quick looks at the two maisons.
ArtyA
ArtyA showed a new case design with titanium and a mirror finished back plate. Details can be found on our release article with our commentary on the Purity Wavy HMS Mirror.
But here we show one of the other novelties, a central tourbillon in a sapphire case. The tourbillon is quite large, but not as big as the Kerbedanz we covered in some detail a while ago. The Artya’s tourbillon is 18mm, but the Kerbedanz measures 27mm. The watch wears quite small, as the dial area is not very large compared to the case size.
Angleus
