We received some feedback on the last two Fit Check videos that Peter’s outfits are not only bespoke, but from exclusive fabrics. So we decided to do one on a modest budget. Here is what he wore on the Le Régulateur Louis Erard x Vianney Halter II Review Video.

A quick recap of the Fit Check

The hat is a hand woven Panama hat, made in Equador. The hat was purchased in Singapore from hat shop Hat of Cain. The rest of the outfit is mainly from the Japanese casual wear chain Uniqlo.

The jacket is a linen and cotton mix, but woven like a tweed. The fabric is very soft to the touch and drapes nicely. The pattern is a brown houndstooth, and the jacket is cut to be worn rather loose. The jacket is unlined, with no padding added to the shoulders or the front panels. This gives the shoulder a natural, soft look as it rolls into the sleeve. A Chinese silk pochette (de costume) completes the jacket. This pocket square was bought from a street vendor in Hong Kong.

The mock turtle neck long sleeved t-shirt, trousers and socks are also from Uniqlo. Both the shirt and trousers are made from a blend of cotton and synthetic material. Though different, they both have a small amount of stretch. The socks are cotton.

The shoes are grey leather sneakers from Coach, with natural rubber soles.

And of course, the watch for the day was the Le Régulateur Louis Erard x Vianney Halter II.
