Spot the Watch: Roger Federer wins his 18th Grand Slam title and collects the trophy with a Rolex on his wrist.

Moments ago Roger Federer claimed his 18th Grand Slam title by winning the 2017 Australian Open against Rafael Nadal, in a epic 5 set match.  Roger Federer doesn’t wear a Rolex while playing, but will put one on after a winning a match.  No better time for the timepiece to be seen especially when you are collecting the trophy.

On his wrist was the Rolex GMT-Master II in stainless steel with blue/black ceramic bezel.  We know Mr Federer is sponsored by Rolex and we usually don’t do brand ambassadors for Spot the Watch, but nonetheless it is still cool to have the timepiece sharing the spotlight during such a momentous occasion!

Are you sure it’s stainless steel? I knew this GMT black and blue came only in white gold. ????
