Arsenal beat the newly crowned Premier League champions Chelsea on Saturday to claim the FA Cup.  We know the manager of Arsenal, Arsene Wenger likes IWC timepieces and we spotted him  wearing one while lifting the trophy.

Monsieur Wenger was wearing  an IWC Portugieser Hand Wound “75th Anniversary” Edition in stainless steel during the match and you could see it on his wrist prominently when he got his hands on the trophy.  This is the 7th time Arsene Wenger has won the F.A Cup.  We previously spotted him wearing another IWC in our football managers IWC special.

As its name suggests, the Portugieser was created to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the original Portugieser model created in the 1930’s.  It has a retro vibe to it but we think it looks pretty cool and the combination of the vintage elements and the modern addition of the date at the 6 o’clock position.

The Portugieser Hand Wound “75th Anniversary” Edition is powered by IWC’s in-house 59215 calibre with a power reserve of 8 days.
