While our coverage of WWG ends, Stanley popped over the road to the villa where Time to Watches and to IceBergues where Masters of Time showcased the independents. Accompanied by our Special Correspondent Dr. Frank Müller. Here are their photographs and brief impressions.
Quick impressions of Time to Watches
Haute-Rive
We spoke to Stéphane von Gunten on his Haute-Rive Honoris 1. We saw the latest version with the guilloché dial in green, a reflection of the Neuchâtel lake where the brand is based. But we were more impressed with the model in a black enamel dial and white gold case. The movement finishing is exquisite.

Krayon
We covered Krayon with the release details and commentary on their latest Krayon Anyday. We will release the video we took with Rémi Maillat operating the watch showing how it works. But as the .mov file will need some conversion, we can only release it later. Meanwhile, here are some hands-on photos. Finishing is too class.

Pages RP2
We also covered the RP2 release details with commentary, so the full information is found in the linked article. Here are the impressions as Raúl Pagès showed us the watch. Amazing piece. The finishing is out of this world!

David Candeux
Peter has always been super excited about the works of David Candeux. And today at Masters of Watches, I saw his latest creation. Needless to say, I was breathless and lost for words. But more later, as he whispered to my ear that a new entry level watch is coming.

And Peter’s favourite, where the guillochè on the dial can be molested while running your finger on the dial, as it is not protected by glass. I asked David if over time, it will wear down…he winked and said, “that is patina!”.
