Commentary
Special release by Tissot in honour of the Jungfrau. The peak stands at 4,158 meters (13,642 ft) is one of the main summits of the Bernese Alps, located between the northern canton of Bern and the southern canton of Valais and is one of the most distinctive sights of the Swiss Alps. The first is part of the PR100 collection with four new versions of the PR100 will be part of this collection, with two dial colour options of blue and silver and also in two different case sizes – 34mm and 40mm.
The profile of the mountain is etched on the dial of the watches. The PR100 is Tissot’s proposal for the dressy watch which is precise (“P”), robust (“R”) and water-resistant up to a pressure of 10 bar (100 m).
The other collection honoured with the Jungfrau special edition is Tissot’s unique T-Touch collection, known their tactile, touch-screen functionality and advanced features, including compass, barometer, and altimeter.
The black watch has a case constructed from black PVD titanium with a ceramic bezel. The dial is accented with yellow indices and the center seconds hand and is available with a matching yellow rubber/silicon strap as well as a more classical black one.
