Commentary
The Neverest (love the name with the double entrende of never resting and Everest) is a watch which Norqain release back in 2021. In this novelty, a new colourway is released with a black to grey fumé style dial with bright orange accents. A vibrant orange rubber strap or a black rubber strap accompanies.
The case is in stainless steel with black DLC coating.
The pricing is curious. It is currently set at SGD 6k. At launch, the regular Neverest was released at SGD 4.6k. The Norqain Manufacture Calibre NN20/1, which based on Tudor’s MT5602 manufactured by Kenissi. This new release seems to regress to the Norqain C. N08 which is essentially a COSC certified Selitta SW200-1. And yet with a higher asking price. The other Neverest models seem to have been discontinued, and the latest price we could find was for the Neverest Glacier Ice Blue 40mm which in August 2024, carried an RRP of GBP2,830 (about SGD 4.85k then) in a rubber strap.
