Commentary

Four novelties, two each in the Admiral 42 and the Admiral 38. The novelties on this release are all dial variations over the existing collection. The Admiral 42 novelties are released with meteorite dials.

One in natural grey, and the other tinted blue. The Widmanstätten patterns on the meteorite makes each dial unique. Note the traditional flag markers on the Admiral are still present.

The Admiral 38 are both in rose gold with bezels encrusted with 72 diamonds and are released with either a blue, almost black aventurine dial or in a natural brilliant green malachite dial. The dials also feature 10 diamond markers, omitting the 12 which is replaced with the Corum Key logo, and the 3 which is replaced by a date window.

The movement used in the Admiral 42 remains the Caliber CO 395 which is based on the ETA 2895 which itself is a variant of the ETA 2892. And the one on the Admiral 38 is the Caliber CO 082 which is a Soprod A10 (or ETA 2892-A2), also used in the other Admiral 38 collection.

The Maison, guided by creativity and daring but also by its rich history, reveals exceptional dials made of meteorite and stone, thus affirming its status as a trailblazer in the watchmaking universe.

Admiral 42 Meteorite

In 1986, CORUM made history with the first “Meteorite” watches. This year, the Maison is proud to reintroduce this unique dial in its Admiral 42 collection. The two new models feature a dial cut from a meteorite over 4 billion years old, originating from Sweden. Each dial, recognizable by its Widmanstätten patterns unique to meteorite, is one-of-a-kind piece.

The dials are available in their natural gray color or tinted blue using the latest technologies. Integrated into a 42mm case, characterized by the distinctive dodecagonal bezel of the Admiral collection, these timepieces are powered by an automatic movement offering over 40 hours of power reserve. Waterproof up to 100 meters, these watches embody the heritage of CORUM and its commitment to watchmaking innovation.

Admiral 38 18k Rose Gold Malachite – Aventurine

The Admiral 38 collection in 18-carat Rose Gold captivates with its unique dials in malachite or blue aventurine. The bezel of these models is set with 72 diamonds, adding a touch of luxury and sophistication.

Each dial, cut from stone, is a unique work of art, enhanced by an additional 10 diamonds. Equipped with an automatic movement visible through its sapphire crystal case back, the Admiral 38 offers unparalleled versatility. Waterproof up to 100 meters, this collection embodies the elegance and ingenuity of CORUM.
