Commentary
We had the opportunity to encounter this watch first hand on our recent event which we co-hosted with our readers in Kuching, Malaysia. I actually wore the watch throughout dinner, so this is a wear impressions…sort of.
The watch is absolutely stunning, but except for the burgundy fumé dial, this is not a new watch, but the exact same model as Copper version released in 2021 (still available). And perhaps, now with hindsight, even more beautiful than the salmon/copper hue of the 2021 release. The movement is the B25, which is a movement manufactured by Breitling but based on an outsourced design by Concepto.
Pricing wise, the Premier B25 Datora 42 Diamond Jubilee retains the same price as the regular version at just below SGD 21k, which we think is a fair value. The combination of a triple calendar with moonphase in an automatic winding is a rarity, 60 pc limited edition and this is a beautiful watch to boot. It also wears very nicely on my wrist, and on Stanley’s smaller wrist.

The watch beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour and contains 32 jewels, enhancing its longevity and performance.
The Datora displays day, date, month, and moon-phase, with the day and month shown in windows at 12 o’clock, the date integrated into the moon-phase at 6 o’clock, a 30-minute chronograph counter at 3, and running seconds at 9. This harmonious dial layout balances complexity with clarity, staying true to the refined proportions of the Premier Collection.
