Live from WWG25: highlights of new releases from Patek Philippe
Three major complication launches:
- complicated desk clock. 31 day power reserve, +/-1 a day with weekly calendar, perpetual calendar with constant torque remontoir system. Triple barrels.
- Ref. 5308G quadruple complication. Which was released as a limited edition in 2023, now in the regular collection with a new dial. Split seconds chronograph in a traditional arrangement with a horizontal clutch with a patented anti kickback system. Cal R CHR 27 PS QI.
- Ref. 5328G 8 day power reserve with Day Date.
Also a new complicated Twenty-4, with annual calendar. And a new 6996 in platinum, as the latest generation of the caliber 96. And the Cubitus now gets a 41mm case in place of the 45mm ones at release, with the same movement.
Ref. 5328G
The dial is in the textured dial, with an 8 day power reserve and day date display. The day is shown on a sub-dial at 6 o’clock and an aperture shows the day of the week. The case shows a clou de paris guilloché on the case side.

This is a new movement, Cal. 262 is a new caliber based on the rectangular caliber launched in 2013 Cal. 226 used in the Ref. 5200.

Cubitus Rev. 7128/G Ref. 7128/1R
New Cubitus, with a smaller 40mm square case which Patek calls mid-sized. The case size is now a more wearable 40mm instead of the 45mm in the launch model. Two models are released, one in rose gold, the other in white gold.

The case is quite a bit smaller, here is a comparison between the 40 and 45.

The movement is the same as the 45mm model, and remains the Cal. 26-330 SC with sweep seconds and date at 3 and hacking seconds.

Ref. 5308G
The four complications are chronograph with split seconds, perpetual calendar and minute repeater. Photo is of the personal piece of Philippe Barat, and is executed in steel, while the production piece is in white gold. We also have a recording of the minute repeater.
